Under 18 Euphoria party hosted here tonight handing out alcoholic complimentary drinks to VIP ticket holders, selling alcohol, supplying hubbly bubblies with weed. My 15 year old daughter said there is even a bed in the "VIP" section. This was sold as a safe party for under 18's!
