I have MCed weddings twice (2020 and 2025) at the platinum event centre and one thing that stands out for me is the size of the hall and the Air conditioning system. The hall size is very okay and can accommodate about 500 guest or more depending on the seating arrangement plus the Air conditioners …

Heard it's a nice place. Very spacious.

Cool place for all type of event

Was ok. Music was too loud and quality of sound from the Speakers was poor. Room temperature was ideal. Location is suitable. Not a busy area so it seemed very private.

Poor customer service,barely attended to me during my 3days stay there. Very unclean as I found used protection wrapper ,tissue paper and dirt under my bed while trying to pick up my phone which fell, It is poorly managed.
