We had a good stay indeed. The staff were welcoming. Had great conversations with the elderly security man the day before we left. I think his name is Christopher. We wished we met him when we arrived. We will definitely come back.

We'll not be back. The rooms were like a sauna as the air-conditioning is broken. It felt as though I was going to suffer heat stroke. Rooms 2 & 3 are in the middle of the building and no through airflow. The swimming pool filter is not working so the water is murky.

Adevertised with all the bells and whistles. Arrived late so no alternative option to change accommodation. Room small. Very hot. No aircon. No milk for coffee. No electricity for kettle. Hardly a window to open. On requesting a fix we received shrugged shoulders all way round. Never see me again.

Veeeeeeryyyyyy bad experience. We arrived late only to be told there's no water even to flush...tired can't take bath security guy asked ask to wait till 9am to management..coming to Port Alfred for an event now we have to be late.
