Absolutely fun and convenient area for hosting events! Perfect location was picked for The Jozi Kota Festival. The ease in and out the highway... I really cannot fault the location and ofcourse the beauty and cleanliness of NewTown.
We had a great night there, the location should definitely be more used for events and parties. The boiler room had a great vibe, and brought a very diverse audience from Johannesburg. Would definitely recommend for other festivals, concerts, weddings
Architecturally great and in a lovely location. But from an events perspective you need to know this place isn't serviced; meaning you have to bring in your own lights, electricity, water, ablution etc.
Went there for Jozi Kota Festival it was nice had fun it's close by New Town T junction and a Hotel after the event you can book
The experience was really nice. The venue looks small from the outside and really wide from the inside. Great venue for hosting events.
