Needs a major face-lift. The mattresses are old and tattered and the balcony walls are as old as our independence. The washrooms are manageable but could still improve.
Valco hall is one of the best halls at the tertiary level in Ghana and the security of the place is off the charts Not to mention of the free internet access. Also the home of the Best Cadet 👌 force Valcobat Simply, come and see for yourself.
It's one of the most great halls to be in UCC. Even if you do not get an accommodation there, just go and explore that particular hall(especially on weekends). You'll never regret it!!!!
