A four star hotel fighting hard to be a two star establishment. Spectacular view of the lake and dam? Forget it - we had to star into bushes. TV service didn't work. Getting extra teabags? It was like pulling teeth. Ironing board - but no iron. Etc etc
The hotel has an amazing view
Slightly outdated rooms, but some rooms were being revamped when we were there, so would be great to go back
Staff were very helpful and attentive
Food was great.
