Comfortable rooms but extremely poor service. Food comes cold when served, even though it takes more than an hour to be ready. Reception not friendly. They can do better.

Spanking new. Everything works. The porters are prompt to attend to you but the wait staff take a while longer. Its a nice place. But it's over priced if you ask me.
