Perpetual and the team were incredible! They helped me organize a Valentine's surprise for my fiancée on a business trip, 5,800 km from home. The remote payment was smooth, and the delivery of wine and snacks was perfect. Great initiative and highly recommended!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The food and service were good; however, there was a bathroom drainage issue that caused water to remain stagnant even overnight. Other than this concern, everything was satisfactory.

We booked a room to stay 5 nights when we arrived late, they gave us the wrong Keys twice and could not get in took a half hour to find manager who blamed it on us then when she could not get in. Instead of getting us a new room or upgrade …

I lodged some guests there and the rooms, environment and services in general were commendable. I guess they can still improve upon what they have, especially their check.

I went there ones and they really served me well and I had the best treatment as compared to all the hostels I’ve been to
