Yeguaa international hotel

Good location within Bekwai town. I stayed here two years ago in 2023 so returned and found it is detriorating. I booked the executive suite. There was hot water but tiles are worn and dirty. Sink tap is loose, no bathroom mirror or shelf. …

Customer service at the lodge is not the best. Rooms are very nice but some strong stench usually overwhelms the room. There is too much noise on Sundays. Food is very nice, breakfast is good but always served late.

Nothing special about this place it just happens to be the only hotel in the location

The service was good, all the staff are very kind. The rooms are lackluster and I found it concerning that my sheets weren’t changed when the room was cleaned. There’s laundry service for 50¢ The restaurant food for lunch/dinner is delicious.

The bed is great. They said Internet is available but it's not. The shower was leaking and the staff were ok. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and the manager was nice also. It was not very quiet because of the loud music from across the room. In terms of safety, we didn't have any issue…
